Mao Huapei, male, born in Linhai, Zhejiang Province, is an associate professor and doctor. He is a visiting scholar in the Department of psychology of Furen University in Taiwan and the school of psychology and cognitive science of East China Normal University. He is also the executive director of Wenzhou psychological society and the director of the professional Committee of psychotherapy. Mainly engaged in psychological counseling and treatment, management psychology, behavioral finance and other courses of teaching, and long-term adherence to mental health and psychological counseling, management consulting and training of enterprises and institutions.

His research direction is Taoist psychology, risk perception and decision-making. He has successively presided over a number of projects such as the key project of philosophy and Social Sciences in Zhejiang Province, the planning project of Humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of education, Zhejiang Provincial Department of education and Wenzhou Social Sciences Federation, and participated in a number of projects such as national self science and national social sciences. He has published more than 10 academic papers as the first author, two of which have been reprinted in full by the National People's Congress copy information center. He once won the title of Excellent Communist Party member in Zhejiang higher education system and was selected into "Wenzhou 551 talent project".
