He Xuyan, female, professor. Born in 1972 in Yueqing, Zhejiang Province. He graduated from Hangzhou University, East China Normal University and Fudan University respectively. He is a visiting scholar of Stanford University in the United States. He is selected as the young and middle-aged discipline leader of Zhejiang Province, the third level of "new century 151 talent project" in Zhejiang Province, and the second level of "551 talent project" in Wenzhou City. His research direction is financial history, with lectures on securities investment, capital operation and other courses.

Shanghai Trust Industry (Volume 2), a collection of archives of modern China's financial changes in Shanghai archives collection, is a unique work of Shanghai Far East Publishing House (2016 Edition).
