Jiang Hua, PhD, Professor of Fudan University, director of chamber of Commerce Research Institute of Wenzhou University Industry Association, director of Zhejiang society of public administration, and the second level personnel of Zhejiang new century 151 talent project. He joined Wenzhou Normal University in 1997 and obtained a doctorate from Fudan University in 2003, mainly engaged in social organization research. Presided over 2 general projects of NSFC, 2 sub projects of NSFC major projects, 1 project of Ministry of civil affairs, 3 key and general projects of Zhejiang social science planning. He has published two monographs and more than 40 papers in journals such as sociological research and Chinese administration. It has won 1 first prize (ranking 2) of the Ministry of education's outstanding achievements in scientific research (HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES), 1 second prize (ranking 2) and 1 third prize of Zhejiang's outstanding achievements in philosophy and Social Sciences, and 3 first prizes of Wenzhou's outstanding achievements in philosophy and Social Sciences. Several research reports presided over and participated in writing were approved by provincial and municipal leaders, and relevant suggestions were adopted.
