Ji Yun, Ph.D. in economics from Sun Yat sen University, vice president of Financial Research Institute of Wenzhou University, associate professor of Finance Department of Business School of Wenzhou University, project director of master of finance, director of finance department, master supervisor. The main research fields are innovation economics, venture finance, equity financing and corporate governance, family business growth, venture capital and private equity funds, private lending contract mechanism and so on. More than 30 papers have been published in domestic and foreign journals including SSCI and CSSCI. Six papers were selected in the annual meeting of Chinese economics, and one was selected in the annual meeting of Chinese management. He presided over one national social science foundation project, two provincial projects, and participated in four national research projects. At present, he is also a specially invited researcher of the strategy and competitiveness research center of Sun Yat sen University, an expert of the humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of education, and an expert of the natural science foundation of Guangdong Province《 Anonymous reviewers of Economics (quarterly), Nankai management review, southern economy and other journals.
